ADVANTAGE OF OUR WHOLESALE MODULAR HOME PRICES
SUNRISE AFFORDABLE HOMES, INC. is the largest wholesaler of
modular homes in the Tri-State area.
Sunrise Affordable Homes, Inc. will deliver to buyers a modular
home which will include all standard factory specifications;
required sales tax; and includes delivery charges to buyer's
lot in Cumberland County. WHOLESALE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE
CRANE AND SET FEES(*). We will also supply required blueprints.
To obtain a wholesale price, buyer is required to be their own
general contractor OR HIRE A GENERAL CONTRACTOR. This means that
buyer will have to contract directly with a mason, electrician,
plumber, carpenter and surveyor to do their site work and all
external hookup. Sunrise Affordable Homes, Inc. can and will
act as a consultant to the home owner and sub-contractor(s) for
any inquiries that may arise during the construction process.
Sunrise Affordable Homes, Inc. can obtain mortgage financing
and construction loan for qualified buyer(s)!
(*) Crane and Set Crew Fees will be determined at the time of
pricing.
For Delaware State deliveries, sales tax must be deducted from
these prices.
